What is delivered
A paid plan (Kisan, Kisan Plus or Pro) is delivered online, on your AgriFolk account. It gives you more Soilmate and AgriDoctor questions, photo checks, seller and expert contacts, and alerts for 30 days. The prices are on the plans page.
There are no physical goods, so there is no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge.
When your plan starts
- The plan is switched on as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
- The 30 days are counted from the day you pay.
- The plans page shows your plan and the date it runs till, when you are signed in.
If the plan does not start
Sometimes a bank takes the money but the confirmation reaches us late. If your plan has not started an hour after paying, write to us through the contact page with the email you signed in with and the payment code from Razorpay's receipt. We switch the plan on or refund you in full, as the refunds and cancellation policy says.
Where it is available
AgriFolk can be used anywhere with an internet connection. Plans are priced and paid for in Indian rupees.
Goods bought from a Mandi seller
AgriFolk does not sell, pack or deliver the produce, inputs or equipment listed on Mandi. You agree the price, the payment and the delivery with the seller directly, so this policy does not cover them.
