AgriFolk is run by two people: Abhishek K, who lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Kathiravan V, who lives in Karur, Tamil Nadu. Payments for plans are collected by Kathiravan V, so letters and anything about a payment or a refund go to the Karur address above.

Reporting a wrong number
Three things let us fix it quickly instead of slowly:
- The address of the page, copied from your browser.
- What the page says, and what it should say instead.
- Where you saw the correct figure, if you have it. An official notice or a photo of the mandi board is enough.
A wrong number is worse than a missing one. If you are not sure, send it anyway and we will check it.
Staying safe
AgriFolk never charges a fee to apply for a job, a scheme or a loan, and nobody from AgriFolk will ever ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN or a bank detail. If someone does, it is not us: stop replying and tell us.
- We cannot approve a loan, a scheme or an insurance claim. We show the published rules and who runs them.
- We cannot give a confirmed diagnosis. Soilmate and AgriDoctor narrow it down, and a verified expert confirms it.
- We cannot guarantee a price. A forecast is an estimate, with its confidence shown beside it.
Complaints and grievances
For a complaint about content on AgriFolk, about how your personal data is used, or about a decision we made on your account, write to the Grievance Officer, AgriFolk team, at hello@agrifolk.org. We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as the Information Technology Rules, 2021 ask.
