Why AgriFolk exists
A farmer deciding what to sow, when to sell or which scheme to apply for has to check a mandi board, a government notice, a weather bulletin, a bank circular and a friend's opinion. Each lives somewhere else, most do not say when they were last true, and the ones that are easy to find are often the ones that want something from you.
AgriFolk puts the whole year in one place and shows its working. Every price and every rule carries the date it was read and the source it came from. When we do not have a number, we say so, rather than filling the gap with a guess.

We started in Tamil Nadu, with its mandis, its crops and its farmers, and now read prices and schemes from across India. The goal is bigger: a place any agricultural professional, anywhere, can open in their own language and find what the next decision needs.

Soilmate is the AI farming buddy at the centre of AgriFolk. Ask it anything by typing, speaking or sending a photo. It asks what it needs to know, runs the site's own calculators on live data, and answers with the numbers, the charts and where each figure came from.

Every number is dated and sourcedIf we cannot show where a figure came from, we do not publish it. An empty table says it is empty.
Your number stays yoursA seller's or farmer's phone number is never shown on a page. Experts are reached through AgriFolk, on a plan.
No fee to apply, everWe never charge to apply for a job, a scheme or a loan, and nobody from AgriFolk will ask for an OTP or a bank detail.
Reading stays freePrices, schemes, calculators, the forum and the news are free for everyone. A plan only adds more of the AI and more contacts.

Who runs AgriFolk
AgriFolk is a product of Automatly, built and run by two individuals at automatly.ai: Abhishek K, who lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Kathiravan V, who lives in Karur, Tamil Nadu. It is paid for by advertising and by optional plans, never by selling your details. Payments for plans are collected by Kathiravan V.
