Who can apply: accepted degrees
A 4-year degree in any of these 20 subjects, finished by 21 Jul 2026.
“Equivalent” degrees are not accepted. You also need a computer certificate, or computers studied at school or college.
Age limit by category
Minimum 20. Upper limit by category, as on 1 Jul 2026.
Born between 2 Jul 1996 and 1 Jul 2006 (general).
